Park Hyo-jin and Kim Seung-je recruited scouts.. Busan, Korea’s first ‘local scout’ system
Busan I-Park recruits local scouts for the first time in Korea to find outstanding talents in the region.
On the 27th, Busan recruited former Gangwon FC coach Park Hyo-jin and former Jeju Seocho coach Kim Seung-je as local scouts.
Scout Park Hyo-jin started his career as a leader at the Gangneung City Hall football team in 2000, and led good results such as winning the National Sports Festival and runner-up in the National League. Since taking over as coach of Gangwon FC in 2013, he has demonstrated outstanding leadership, leading the team to promotion and entering the top division for the first time in history. From 2021, he has been active as a scout for Gangwon. 카지노사이트
Scout Kim Seung-je is a Jeju native who graduated from Daegi High School – Halla University, and served as the director of Jeju Seo Elementary School for 27 years from 1997 to the beginning of this year. Despite the poor soccer infrastructure in Jeju Island, he led the team to victory in the national championship and nurtured excellent talents in Jeju, such as Lim Chang-woo (Gangwon) and Ko Seung-beom (Suwon). In 2018, in recognition of these achievements, he was awarded the Best Leader Award at the ’30th Cha Bum-geun Football Awards’.
Based on their long experience as leaders in the region, both scouts will seek out hidden gemstones in the Gangwon area for Park Hyo-jin and for Kim Seung-jae in Jeju and Jeolla areas.
The local scouter is a system introduced for the first time in Korea and will be gradually expanded to the region. The local scout system is expected to further solidify the philosophy of Busan IPark based on young and strong teams and development.
Scout Park Hyo-jin said, “I am happy to be with Busan I-Park. I will make use of my experience as a leader and scout to bring good talent to Busan,” she said. Scout Kim Seung-je said, “I am nervous because both the Busan area and the position of scout are new, but I am more excited. We will do our best to find good resources so that Jeju local talent can advance more to the big stage of professionalism.” /email@example.com
