IBK power analyst returns to Italian women’s volleyball as a coach
Alessandro Parise (52), IBK power analyst, left the Korean Volleyball V-League and returned to the Italian stage.
Italian women’s volleyball Serie C ‘Pavic’ announced on the 1st (Korean time) that they had signed a contract with Parise as head coach. She doubles as head coach for the under-16 and under-18 teams as well as the adult first team.

Coach Kim Ho-cheol was a member of the Italian volleyball team Parma during his active career and shone as the 1982/1983 Serie A1 best player and the 1983 European Champions League MVP.
At the time, Parma’s main sponsor was a company called ‘Santal’. Italian local media ‘Sport Parma’ remembers the men’s volleyball team’s heyday as the “Kim Ho-cheol Santal era” in an article last August, and is still treated as a legend locally.
